Fact: A panic attack will NOT harm you.
In all history of mankind, there wasn’t a single documented fatality from a panic attack. None. Like we’ve talked about here, all a panic attack REALLY is, is misinterpretation of your body’s signals – the fight or flight response – which is actually a DEFENSE mechanism meant to KEEP YOU ALIVE!
The human body is very intelligent. It’s primary goal is to keep you alive and well. Try holding your breath for 20 minutes. Or staying awake for two month straight.
Both those things will kill you, and no matter how hard you’ll try, and how strong your mental will is, you can’t override your body’s will to survive. Same goes for panic and anxiety.
You can try as hard as you can to convince yourself that you’ll die, or simply “lose it”, but it won’t happen
At a certain point your body will override your fears and will find a way to return to balance. Guaranteed. Now I know what you might be thinking:
“OK Ted, all that is fine and good, but my panic attacks are STILL here!”
I know. That’s natural. It will take time and practice to eliminate your panic and anxiety altogether. Right now there’s a STRONG CONNECTION in your mind between PANIC ATTACKS and DANGER. With the right exercises and practice, you’ll weaken the link between the two, until the idea of a panic attack will not startle you at all.
I’m going to GIVE you the exercises to relieve your anxiety, but first I want to repeat the first thing I’ve said to you today: This is NOT a magic pill.
You WILL have to make an EFFORT to end your panic attacks. If you think that living an anxiety free life is worth doing some upfront work, than I truly hope you’ll download me book (clickable) and read it to the very last word.

Forget breathing techniques. Medications. Affirmations.
I want to expose you to some techniques you’ve NEVER heard or seen before. Tested methods that have been proven to end panic and anxiety over and over again.
Even if you decide NOT to give it a try, I sincerely hope you enjoyed our little time together, and that you’ll take what you’ve just read here to heart. I know it’ll help you, like so many women before you.
To your peaceful life,
- Ted Damon
P.S. If you read my story, you’d know I suffered from anxious thoughts for a long, LONG time. About a year ago I finally “figured it out.”
You won’t believe how SIMPLE this is. It’s all in here. Hope this helps! (clicabkle)
