“Are you real, or is this just an automated computer reply? Thanks, Sharon.”
This is an email I got recently from a lovely lady named Sharon, one of my subscribers.
Actually, I get this type of email every once in a while. Some blog owners might get offended by this, but I understand where this is coming from.
The internet is a FANTASTIC tool to share information. But it can be quite alienated. Who knows who’s on the other side of that page you’re reading right?
So yes.
I am real. Just like you
You can scroll down to see my picture (WARNING: baby face ahead. Don’t laugh!), or contact me here for reassurance.
Who am I?
I’m Ted, and I sincerely think I can help you live a better, anxiety-free life.
I’ve been having anxious thoughts for as long as I can remember, and that is not just a figure of speech. I remember dealing with it when I was just 6 years old!
While all the kids were running around playing their games, I was trying to QUITE DOWN my 60 miles per hour racing mind.
Not a nice experience let me tell you that …
The worst thing about my anxiety? NOBODY understood me. Not my parents. Not all these so called experts. Therapists. Professionals.
No one.
I’ll be 25 next June, so that makes up to almost 19 years of experiencing anxiety.
Actually, it’s 18 years. I figured out how to end this about a year ago. It’s funny how a simple exercise with a notebook and a pen helped me more than endless meetings with “experts.”
I documented my process for you to follow. It’s all here (clickbale)
Let’s see what else can I say about myself …
I LOVE to socialize and interact with people. After being in the “anxiety social prison” for so many years, I have a lot of catching up to do.
btw, After you’ll get over your anxiety and panic attacks, you won’t believe how liberated you’ll feel in social gatherings! Your confidence will be through the roof.
I know you probably can’t see it right now. Trust me on this one
hmmm okay what else …
I like to cook, although I’m not that good at it. My motto is: “I’ll cook whatever you want as long as you promise to eat it!”
Other than that I enjoy playing guitar, listen to music, and read inspirational & personal development books.
So now you know who is behind all this
Thanks for taking the time to get to know me better. Looking forward to hear your (success) story!

PS. What’s YOUR story? Got anything you want to share or ask? I’d LOVE to hear it! Contact me here.
btw, did you find any of my content useful? How about my “dancing with anxiety” (clickbale) guide? Do YOU have any advice you want to share with your fellow women?
Any kind of feedback is appreciated. Thanks a bunch!
